The core loop

The traditional approach to mood tracking takes five steps and thirty seconds of cognitive load — users do it twice and stop. Ours is a home-screen widget: swipe to the emotion that fits, tap. Three seconds, app never opened.

By Friday, the platform has enough signal to generate something the user actually wants to read: a mood diary, visualised and narrated. Not a chart of numbers — a story. That's the moment they open the app voluntarily. Not because a notification told them to — because the platform earned it.
