The platform
Low friction in. High value out.
Most wellness apps fail for the same reason most EAPs fail: they demand effort before delivering value, and engagement dies within two weeks. Every Aha touchpoint asks as little as possible from the user while building towards something genuinely useful. Before we build any feature, we ask: can the user get value without opening the app? If yes, we've built it right.

The core loop
A widget earns a digest. A digest earns an open.
The traditional approach to mood tracking takes five steps and thirty seconds of cognitive load — users do it twice and stop. Ours is a home-screen widget: swipe to the emotion that fits, tap. Three seconds, app never opened.
By Friday, the platform has enough signal to generate something the user actually wants to read: a mood diary, visualised and narrated. Not a chart of numbers — a story. That's the moment they open the app voluntarily. Not because a notification told them to — because the platform earned it.
We are not designing for daily active users. We are designing for long-term trusted presence.
Today · 3-second check-in
How are you feeling?
Friday · your weekly digest
“This was a heavier week than last. Tuesday and Wednesday stood out — here's what that pattern might mean.”
The app
Two minutes. Your pace. Every language.
Check-ins cover three dimensions — Mindset & Mood for stress, anxiety, and clinical wellbeing; Work & Life for happiness, energy, and burnout signals; Deep Support for trauma and high-risk indicators. Habit tracking, breathing exercises, and a self-help library sit alongside.

The ecosystem thesis
Not a wellness subscription — a compounding data and care ecosystem.
Every organisation that joins makes the platform smarter, and every module an organisation adopts makes it harder to leave. Clients aren't buying a product — they're buying into a growing ecosystem.
An organisation joins
They start with one or two modules — wherever the need is sharpest.
Employees engage
Data flows: mood signals, physical health patterns, financial stress indicators.
The HR dashboard gets smarter
Leadership sees real patterns — not just utilisation rates.
More modules come online
Each one adds a new data dimension to the whole-person picture.
The platform learns
Every new data point improves recommendations, content, and care pathways.
The organisation becomes embedded
Leaving means losing the institutional memory of their workforce's wellbeing.
Good technology doesn't demand attention. It earns trust three seconds at a time — while the chai brews, at 1 a.m., on a Friday digest that tells you something true.
